AI employees you do not have to train, manage or configure.
Most AI tools are software you have to set up, learn and maintain. That is another job on top of the one you already have.
RelayCrew is five AI workers we build, train on your business and operate for you. You get the output, not the admin.
Software versus staff
When a small business buys AI software, the work does not disappear — it moves. Someone has to configure it, write the prompts, connect the calendar, fix it when it drifts and keep it current as the business changes.
For a company with an operations team that is fine. For a contractor with a truck and a phone, that person does not exist, which is why most AI tools bought by small businesses get abandoned within a quarter.
Hiring a person has the opposite problem. No setup burden, but salary, payroll tax, holiday, sick cover and management — and they still only cover forty of the week's hours.
The five workers
What managed actually means
You do not write prompts, connect systems or maintain anything. We spend the setup window learning your service area, pricing boundaries, scheduling rules and the questions your customers actually ask.
When something goes wrong, it is our problem to fix rather than a support ticket you have to chase. When your business changes, you tell us and we update the crew.
The honest limit is that this only works because the scope is narrow. These five do specific jobs well. They are not a general-purpose assistant and we do not pretend otherwise.
